ENGAGEMENT WITH CLIENTS

At Resilus we operate all of our services based on a simple principle that to provide the best possible service, we need to get to know our client’s business and operations. As such we begin all of our engagements with an initial consultation designed to provide organisations with a framework to inform next steps, and to provide us with sufficient knowledge about your business to be able to offer you effective support and development.

 

Many organisations have business continuity arrangements in place, and for those Resilus can provide assurance reviews and where necessary help with designing and facilitating tests or exercising of arrangements.

 

Other organisations may require a fresh approach to business continuity, and for those Resilus can provide an initial consultation aimed at developing the organisational strategy and embedding business continuity.

 

In either case Resilus provides not only consultations and advice but also maintains connectivity with clients. Our Business Continuity Support Service provides support through response and recovery advisors should an event require implementation of the business continuity plan. Our response and recovery advisors are all highly experienced emergency service professionals, who will be accessible remotely through a 24-hour helpline and can be on-scene within three hours*. 

 

Connectivity with clients is also maintained to help develop business resilience, and when subscribed to our business continuity support service consultants are available by email to deal with any queries clients may have. They will also be available for further in-house consultation and provide a testing or exercising event as part of the support service package.
