RESILIENCE MATURITY MODEL

Our assurance module can assess your organisational resilience maturity using our maturity model. We will work with you to help you determine where your organisation can be benchmarked with the model, which in turn gives you a sound basis on which to consider your organisational risk appetite. If your risk appetite is low, you may wish to invest more in resilience and make your arrangements more mature. If you are content with your risk appetite you can be so with a clear perspective of what exposures you do retain in terms of resilience maturity.
