This fully comprehensive support service provides clients with:

In the Greater London area this remote support can attend your business location and offer support for more serious, complex or prolonged situations

The testing and exercising moduleat a time of your choosing during the subscription period

Access to our consultants by email for routine enquiries and questions on your resilience arrangements. We will always follow up with a telephone call, usually within 48 hours

Access to the online subscriber section of the Resilus website where you can access a range of information resources on resilience and business continuity in one place. Contact details for the 24/7 support are also available to you there and you can also submit general enquires to our consultants.
*The first 12 hours of advisor support is included. Beyond 12 hours, for example during a prolonged event, a rate of £100 per hour will be applied.
