REMOTE AND ON-SCENE SUPPORT

When you are faced with a business continuity event the are a multitude of challenges and actions that need to be dealt with. The Resilus Business Continuity Support Service provides you with a dedicated 24/7 contact for support in time of need so that you can make the right decisions and achieve the desired actions in the most effective way.

 

Remote support is available by telephone to connect you with a named response and recovery advisor who can discuss with you your immediate actions and intentions, help you to implement the early stages of your business continuity plan and formulate strategic response and recovery objectives. The remote support then remains available for regular participation in your response coordination meetings and into your recovery phase. The support remains available around the clock until you feel comfortable to continue without assistance. If a situation changes the support can of course be reinstated with one telephone call to your advisor.

 

For more serious, complex or prolonged business continuity events the response and recovery advisor can travel to your location and provide assistance within your response and recovery coordination meetings. On-scene support is currently available in Greater London within three hours of initial access to remote support.
